| Non-Hazing Policy |
| Theta Xi is a strictly, non-hazing fraternity. We believe that all people are of equal worth and feel that the
debasement of character is not a fruitful means of promoting companionship. |

| Associate Member Period |
| When a potential member accepts a bid from the chapter to join Theta Xi, he enters the associate member period.
This is a 60-day period of education in chapter values. In addition, this period provides further time to cement the ties of friendship
with chapter members while participating in fun-filled activities. During this period of time, associate members will learn values that
are important to the chapter, but most importantly, they will have fun. Not only are life-long friendships developed with the current
members, but some of the most rewarding experiences will be remembered with other fellow associate members. It truely is a fun and
rewarding experience that you will remember for a lifetime. |
