| Location |
| Our house is located on the corner of Durant and College Avenue, a mere block from campus and 2 blocks from Telegraph Ave.
The House is across the street from the new dorms in Unit 1, and is a shorter walk to campus than any university housing. |

| House Profile |
| The house is 3-stories with housing for up to 15 people. This includes 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen,
a pool room, a library, and a laundry room. Additionally, the house has a spacious backyard with a basketball court, and a deck
with a bar and space for a hot tub (soon to come!). |

| Amenities |
| Membership in Theta Xi includes access to a big screen TV, pool table, foozeball table, broadband internet, and library resources, as
well as participation in any fraternity events sponsored by the house. Additionally, parking is available at discount prices to members. |

| Membership Dues Live-in |
| It is a common myth that fraternity membership increases the financial burden on students. However, fraternity membership for live-in members
is actually much cheaper than any university sponsored housing. The brother of Theta Xi will pay $4200 per year when living in the house. Compare
this to $11,968 paid per year for a student to live in the Unit dorms or $14,748 for residence in the Foothill dorms. Fraternity members save
over $7000 per year when comparing cost to the dorms. |

| |
| Membership Dues Live-out |
| Almost all members live in the house; however, for those members who choose not to live in the house dues are of the amount of $400 per semester.
This amount goes torward all of the activities hosted by the house (same with live-in members), and covers membership dues to the national organization. |
